SUBJECT: PUBLIC SAFETY COMMISSION ACTIONS — MEETING OF
MARCH 27, 2013
RECOMMENDATION:
The City Council is requested to receive and file the Public Safety Commission actions
from their March 27, 2013 meeting.
BACKGROUND:
On March 27, 2013, the Public Safety Commission held their regularly scheduled
meeting.
ANALYSIS:
Following is a summary of actions taken at the March 27, 2013 Public Safety
Commission meeting:
1. ROLL CALL:
Present:
Commissioner—Clift, Haddad, Redmond, Stratis, Nimri
Absent:
Commissioner — None
Excused:
Commissioner — None

2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The Public Safety Commission approved the minutes of their March 13, 2013
meeting.
3. PARKING CITATION HEARINGS
The Public Safety Commission held one hearing in person, and dismissed one
citation.
The Public Safety Commission reviewed two hearings requested by written
declaration, and upheld one citation and dismissed one citation.
CONCLUSION:
The City Council is requested to receive and file this report.
