Home My Public Portal About06-08-1950 - Special Session 48() OFFICE OF THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY, SPECIAL MEETING, JUNE 8, 1950 The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Ind- iana, met in Special Session, in its office in the City Hall in said City Thurdday, June 8, 1950, at the hour of 9: 00 o' clock A.M. (CST) . Mr. H.G. Coleman presiding with the following members being present: Mr. W.E. Ross and Mr. C.M. Haworth. The following proceedings were had, to-wit. -The minutes of the previous meeting were dispensed with. The Board approved the following be filed and made a record of this meeting: June 7, 1950 Smith & Johnson, Inc. 1799 Kentucky Avenue Indianapolis, Indiana Gentlemen: You are hereby notified to proceed with the construction of the Twentieth Century Bridge and Garde Separation in Richmond, Indiana. CERTIFICATE OF DAMAGES To - SAYLE SHERROW• THIS IS TO CERTIFY, that the Board of Public Works and- Safety of the City of Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana under Improve- ment Resolution #8-194.9, appropriated and condemned the following described real estate in the City of Richmond, Wayne County, Indiana, owned by you, as follows, to-wit: "Lot number sixty (60) in Jesse Iden' s Addition to the City of Richmond, Indiana.
