The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session in its office in the City Halllin _said City, Friday, JJecember 23,1949, at 9:00 A.M. Mr. H.G. Coleman presiding with the following members being present: Mr. W.B. Ross and Mr. C.M. Haworth. The following proceedings were had, to-wit: On motion duly made, seconded and carried unanimously, the minutes of the previous meeting were dispensed with. On complaints received from property owners near the intersection of West 4th Street and National- Road in regards to a signe being erected by the First Assembly of God Church at said intersection without permission of the Board, the Clerk was authorized to write the said Church and request the removal of said sign. . Thespro.bfhoofdpubiications for the receiving of sealed bids for cars for the Building Inspector and the Weights and Measures Inspector were presented and ordered filed. Pursuant to advertisement the Board met at the hour of 10:00 A.M. , to receive and open sealed bids for the cars for the Building Inspector and Weights and Measures Inspector. Such action shall be final and conclusive upon all persons. Mr. Haworth moved that the Board adopted the above Declaratory Resolution No. S, 1949 as read, seconded by Mr. Ross and on voice vote the motion was unanimously carried and so ordered.
