WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 31; 1947
The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond
met in special session in the office of the Board Wednesday,
December 31, 1947 at 9:00 A. M. Messrs . Winfield Urban, Earl
Keisker and S. W. Hodgin being present the following proceedings
were had to wit :
The minutes of the preceding meeting were read and approved.
Chairman Urban explained that the purpose of the meeting was
to pass the remaining unpaid bills for the year of 1947.
There being no other business the Board allowed the remaining
claims in an amount of and, on proper motion, adjpurned
after expressing its hope for the success of the incoming Board.
