The Board of Publicworks and .Safety of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, met in regular session in the office of the Board, Friday,
December 26, 1947 , at 9 a . m. Liessrs . Earl Keisker, S . U. 1-.1.od_,in
and Winfield Urban being present the following proceedings- were
had to viit:
The minutes of the preceding meeting v ere reed and approved.
The Street Coamaissioner reported on the bad condition of the
brush shrubbery in the alley between South 14th and 15Uh Streets ,
and recommended that it be removed. The Clerk was instructed to
nOti fy the property owners .
Roy Hardy of the I icnmond Fire Department was grantee permission
to ;o to Buffalo, Hew 'ror :..

light be installed at South 4th and _L streets and a traffic liaht at
16th and South A Streets . The Clerk of 'the hoard was instructed to
notify the Superintendent of the Light Plant .
A letter was received from P . i.. Daugherty concerning the traffic
