or affirms that he is the Chief Financial Officer of the news-

and has full knowledge of the facts which are stated
below.
(A) The newspaper has complied with all of the require-
ments constituting qualification as a qualified newspa-
per as provided by Minn. Stat. § 331A.02,
§ 331 A.07, and other applicable laws as amended.

N ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A
ORM SEWER IMPROVEMENT TAX
DISTRICT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
O MEDINA, MINNESOTA ORDAINS
AFOLLOWS:
Section I. Background: Findings.
1.01. The City is authorized by Min-
nesota Statutes, Sections 444.16 —
44.21 (the "Act') to establish a storm
se er improvement tax district (the "Dis-
tri t') to acquire, construct, reconstruct,
ex end, maintain and otherwise improve
sto rm sewer systems and related facili-
tiewithin the District in accordance
wi h the Act, and to finance such activi-
tieby ad valorem taxes levied on prop-
er u within the District.
1.02. It is found and determined that
it i in the best financial interests of Med-
inand its storm water management
pr gram that the District be established.
Th- District shall be comprised of the
la d within Medina legally described as

The East 47.51 acres of the North
Half of the Northeast Quarter of
Section 14, Township 118, Range 23
West of the 5th Principal Meridian.
Section II. Establishment: Autho-
tions.
2.01. The Tuckborough Ridge Storm
Se er Improvement Tax District is es-
ta•lished. The city shall have all powers
an authority conferred by the Act in the
op ration of the District.
2.02. The boundaries of the District
ar: as described above.
2.03. The City Administrator -Clerk is
au horized and directed to file a certified
cony of this ordinance with the Auditor
an Recorder of Hennepin County.
Section III. This ordinance shall be -
co e effective upon its adoption and
pu lication.
