FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 7 , 1947
The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City
of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session in the
office of the Board, Friday, February 7, 1947 , at
9 A. M. - Messrs . Earl Keisker, S . W. I-Iodgin, and
Winfield Urban being present the following proceedings
were had to wit :
The minutes of the preceding meeting were read and
approved.
Kr. Keisker moved that the Indiana Railroad operating
in the City of Richmond be given permission to go Last
on 1 to 9th Street, then South to 0 and West to 8th and
then return on 8th Street . Mr. IIodgin seconded it and
it vas so ordered.
Er. Keisker reported that the reflector was down
on the Dead End of Richmond Avenue , on the West side
of Fifth Street and this was causing several accidents .
This was referred to the City Engineer and the Street
Commissioner.
After allowing claims in an amount of
upon proper motion the Board adjourned.
