SATURDAY, JANUARY 11, 1947
The Board of Public 'corks and Safety of the City of
Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session in the office
of the Board, Saturday, January 11, 1947, at 9 A. M.

Messrs . S . W. Hodgi n and Winfield Urban being present
the follwoing proceedings were had to wit:
The minutes of the preceding meeting were read and
approved.
Councilman Marino complained of the bad condition of
the walks across the Pennsylvania lines at ilorth 8th Street
and all crossings East . This complaint was referred to
the City Engineer.
The Clerk was instructed to advertise for bids for
one ambulance complete and one medium weight coach automobile
complete for the Police Department and one tracter complete
with equipment for the Street Department. The date set for the
opening of the bids was set for Friday, January 31, 1947,
at 9:30 A . M.
After allowing clamins in the amount of 10,847 .05,
upon proper motion the Board adrj.ourned.
