MD SAFETY CITY OF RICHE OND, INDIANA
FRIDAY, JANUARY 3, 1947
The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, met in regular session in the office of the Board, Friday,
January 3, 1947, at 9 A. M. Messrs. Earl Keisker, S. W. Hodgin,
and Winfield Urban being present the following proceedings were had
to wit:
The minutes of the preceding meeting were read and approved.
Upon the recommendation of Ellis Duckett, Mr. Hodgin moved,
and Mr. Keisker seconded and it was so ordered as of January 1,
1947 William Stultz receive the salary of Detective of the Richmond
City Police Force.
Mr. Hodgin moved that the Juerling construction company be
given permission to close Sailor Street between North 8th and the
first alley east while laying foundation for new McCord Building,
they agreeing that Fire, Police and Street departments shall be
notified before onenin and closing Sailor Street.
Upon proper motion the Board adjourned.
