the City of Richmond, India aawa held in the office of the Board, fl
Tuesday, December 31, 1946. 'Me srs . Earl Keisker, S . W. Hodgin,
and Winfield Urban being present, the following proceedings
were had to wit:
The minutes of the preceding meeting were read and approved.
Mr. Keisker nominated Mr. Urban as the president for the year
1947. Mr. Hodgin seconded it and it was so ordered.
After allowing clai±s- in the amount of `18,670.29, upon
proper motion, the Board adjourned.
