OFFICE OF TIE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS
AND SAFETY, CITY OF RICHIOND, INDIANA
F RIDA'L, DECEMBER BER 6't , 1946
The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond,
Indiana met in regular session in the office of the Board Friday,
December 6, 1946 at 9:00 A. M. Messrs . Winfield Urban, Earl Keisker
I/ and S. Vv. hodgin being present, the following proceedings were had
to wit :
The minutes of the preceding meeting were read and approved.
Mrs . Carl Gilliland appeared before the Board seeking permission
to tap into the sewer line along the west corporate limit where
North Guest A ends at the city limit. Mr. Keisker moved that this
matter be referred to the City Engineer. Mr. Urban seconded the
motion and it was so ordered.
Upon the recommendation of the City Engineer I�Ir. Urban moved
that Carl Gilliland be given this permission and be assessed the
sum of ' 25 for taping in the aforesaid sewer and bear all expenses
thereto.
after allowing claims in the amount of 02,1_6 .98, upon proper
motion the Board adjourned.
