RESOLUTION NO. 94-60
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TRUCKEE
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO
EXECUTE PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 2 TO LOCAL AGENCY-STATE
AGREEMENT FOR FEDERAL AID PROJECTS NO. 03-5473
WHEREAS, the California Department of Transportation requires a program supplement
for each payment/work phase on Federal Aid Projects;
VOtEREAS, Program Supplement No. 2 relating to reimbursement of engineering costs
for the Glenshire Bridge Replacement Project has been received.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TRUCKEE, that
1. The Public Works Director is hereby authorized and directed to execute Program
Supplement No. 2 to Local Agency-State Agreement for Federal Aid Projects No. 03-5473
relating to the Glenshire Bridge Replacement Project.
The foregoing Resolution was introduced at a Regular Meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Truckee, held on the 15th day of December, 1994, by Council Member Drake who moved its
adoption, which motion being duly seconded by Council Member McCormack was upon roll call
carried and the Resolution adopted by the following vote:
AYES: Council Members Carpenter, Drake, Eagan, McCormack & Mayor Cross
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
