A special meeting of the Board of Public Works and
Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana, was held in the
office of said Board at 10:30 A.M. Monday, May 20, 1946.
Messrs . Stir. Hodgin, Earl Keisker, and Winfield Urban
being present, the following proceedings were had to wit ;_
The Board met to receive specifications for a new
light duty car for the Police Department. same to replace
one destroyed in an accident on the night of May 18, 1946 .
Chief Duckett presented specifications which were approved, �(' 3
and legal advertisement thereof ordered to be made .
Bids to be received May 31st, 1946
