OFFICE OF THE BCA, RD OF PUBLIC WORKS
AND SAFETY, CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA
MONDAY, MAY 6, 1946
At a special meeting of the Board of Public Works and
Safety on Monday, May 6th, the Municipal Lighting and Power
Plant was authorized to curtail the street lighting, during
the coal shortage emergency, IT cutting out those certain
street lights at 7:00 o' clock P.M. as are now out at 11:00
o' clock P.M.
