Hodgin and Winfi.eld :Urban being present, the following proceedings were had to-wit: The minutes of the preceding meeting were read and y , approved. /6 a ice • Mr. Duckett reported that he had no flux ht n aten at---thi-s timer--en 1-offing the two motorcycles .which the Board had authorized to be purchased for the Police Department . a7/ 4"/' Mr. McDonald reported that the priority had been granted for bwo receivers, one to be used by the Fire Department 'anci the otYier�by t�iejPoli�e Depa-rtment. The heads of these • departments were authorized to make out purchase orders for this equipment. The Board also authorized Mr. McDonald to secure proposals , regarding the cost of painting the radio station. Ed Ross, Superintendent of the Sewage Disposal Plant was • authorized to contact Mr. iallar to see what terms could be arranged for the purchase sM the Sewage Disposal Plant of the International truck whi h is being used on a trade-in by the Street Department. He is to report at the following meeting of the 'Board. The complaint of Councilman Mar'= that the, spring in the back part of Glen Miller Park was in a wet and muddy condition was brought to the attention of the Board. • The ,, Superintendent of the Park, Richard E. Posther, was instructed to see what could be done to remedy the situation. After allowing claims in the amo t of $13,330.08, upon proper motion the Board -adjourned. Attest:
