The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana§ met in the office of said Board Friday, March 23rd, 1945 at 9:00 o'clock A. M. -- Messre. -Earl Reisker, S. W. Hodgin & Winfield Urban being present the following proceedings were had t o-wi t; The minutes of the preceding meeting were read and approved. A report was presented to the Board in regard to the soil which had washed down on the sidewalk in front of the property located at 424 North 14thStreet and owned by B. F. Bowman 1036 Main Street, A report was presented to the Board which stated the proper officials .bfthe Pennsylvania Rail Road had been authorized to suitable adjustments in regard to disposing of ashes which had accumulated on their right of way and was being disposed of by aprking a truck on the sidewalk at Fort Wayne Avenue and Penn- sylvania right of way. The matter of parking cars on the North side of Washington Ave. west of North gth Street causing a traffic hazard was referred to the Traffic Division. After allowing claims in the -amount of $20,g20.94 on proper motion the Board adjourned. 1t 4 President Attest; Cz Clerk of h Board
