The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, met in the office of said Board, Friday February 23rd, 1945
at 9:00 A. M. --Messrs. Earl Keisker, SQ W. Hodgin & Winfield Urban
11/ being present the following proceedings were had to-wit;
The minutes of the preceding meeting were raed and approved.

- The bids were referred- to a Committee composed of the City Engineer,
Disposal Plant Supt. , Street Comm. & City Controllerq and after due
consideration the Committee recommended that the Items checked on each
proposal sheet b&_purchased of :the`.sam49 which, the Board approved.
After allowing claims in the amount of $10,399.g0 on proper motion
the Board adjourned. -
