OFFICE OF THE BOARD OF WORKS
CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, -
FEBRUARY 12th, 1945.
The Board of Public Works & Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in the office of said Board Monday, February 12th, 1945, at 79:00
• A..M. in Special Session. -- Messrs. Earl Keisker, S.-W. Hodgin &
Winfield Urban being present the following proceedings were had to-wit;
The reading of the minutes of the preceding meeting was.dispensed
with.
Police Chief Duckett reported to the Board that he had located two new
cars �Chevrolets) Which could be used by the Police Department and recommended
that the same be purchased . After some discussion on the matter the Board
authorized !dr. Duckett to purcahase the two Chevrolet Cars for the use of the
Police Department with a trade in. allowance for Two Chevrolet ears now used •
by the Police Department known as Nos. 25 & 30.
There being no other business to perform on 'proper motion the Board adjourned.
