OFFICE OF THE BOARD OF WORKS
CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA,
FEBRUARY 16TH, 1945.
The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in the office of said Board, Friday, February 16th, 1945, at 9:00
o'clock). M. -- Messrs. Sari Keisker, S. W. Hodgin & Winfield Urban
'being present the following proceedings were had to-wit;
The minutes of the preceding meeting were read and approved.
On the recommendation of of the Committee appointed to tabulate the
bids for the material mixer for the use of the Street Department the
Board approved.:the`:purchase:ofhe Material Mixer from the Stockberger-
Seastrom Co. for the sum of $740.00 MndelNo. 6 all in accordance with
the specifications presented in their bid.
A letter was presented to the Board from Roland & Swisher Co. which -
stated they proposed to furnish and install on the Community House at
Glen Miller Park 5" half round gutter , 4" downspout with the necessary
elbows and conductor head, complejre for the sum of $35.00.,The same ss's
referred to City Engineer Hodgin for recommendation.
After allowing claims in the amount of $15,5S2.90 on proper motion
- the Board adjourned.
