The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond,
Indiana0 met in the office of said Board, Friday, December 15th,
1944, at 900 olclock A. M._ --Messrs, Winfield Urban, Earl Keisker,
and S. W.' Hodgin being present the following proceedings were had
to-wit;
The minutes of the preceding meeting were read and approved.
After allowing claims in the amount of $12,843.30 on proper motion
the Board adjourned.
