OFFICE OF THE BOARD OF WORKS
CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA,
FRIDAY , DECEMBER STET, 1944
The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in the office of said Board, Friday, December Sth, 1944, at TOO
o'clock A. M. --, Messrs. Winfield Urban, Earl Keisker and S. W. Hodgin
being present the following proceedings were had to-wit; -
The minutes of the preceding meeting were read and approved.
On the recommendation of Fire Chief Harry Williams the Board
terminated the leave of absence of Rolf Wadman from the Fire Department
and placed him in active service in the same said Department effective
December 16th, 1944.
The Board unanimously agreed to postpone the regular meeting of
Friday , December 29th to Saturday December 30th, 1944 , at 1030
o'clock P. M. for the purpose of approving claims which might appear
fvom the various departments for the year 1944.
After allowing claims in the amount of $6,065.98 the Board adjourned.'
