The Board of 'Public Works and Safety of the City of R chmond.
Indiana, met in the office of said Board Friday October 27th, l^41b,
at C?:7O o'clock A. M. Winfield Urban, Earl Kei.skre_r and S. ',T. Hod F'in
being ')resent the foll_owi.ng proceedings were hod to-wit;
- The minutes of the preceding meeting; were r<!na en'''. arcrovedm

m the oer2.tion oP the Sewer Disposal Plant and after some discussion on
thematter the some was referred to a Committee comr,ose of City Engineer
Street Sunerintendent, Disposal Plant Sunerintendent cc' the Cltrii- :of'.'the
Board.
On the recommendation of Police Chief Duckett the Board approved '
that a no parking zone be established on the South side of Washington
from the intersection with North Sth Street 2o feet west and that the
Street De=mrtment be advised to -paint the curb ;cell_ a.t that location
desiamatin : as such.
On the recommendation of the T' ffi.c Division the Board order that
a. no narking' one be established in front of the Safety Trend. Tire Co. 's
niece of business " located. rt 20, North 7th Street excent for, the use of
the said Company servl ' y ,. ,. -
After allowing claims in the amount of Sh,239.l5 on nroner motion
the Board adjourned.
