The minutes of the rrecer ng meeting were read and annroved.
On the recommendation of Street Commissioner Burkhard.t the Board
instructed. the Clerk to notify Mrs Olive Thompson that according to
contract it would be necessary for her to remove the umber P:. ete from

by her for the nurnose of advertising , said raper to be removed to City
