The Board of Public Works ^rd Sofety of the City of Richmond , Indiana,
met i.n the office of said Board., Monday,, ^t.i'),,r "9th, 1944. at 9:00
ooclock A. M. - Wi.nfi.eld Urban , 14tt- Kaisher and S. W. Hod.gi.n being
present the following proceedings were had to-wit:
TheII/ minutes of the Preceding meeting were read and aDnroved.
City B'ngineer Hod?.gin reported that due to the inability to obtain
material. rnr the installation of a light that had been reouested at
location on-Northwest 17th Street bet+,peen A & Peacock Road he would
recommend that the reouest be ke7t on fill until the material could be
obtained before further action was taken.
On the recommendation of Pork Su.neri.ntendent Frisby the Board anrroved.
the cutting of a tree by Mrs Posther 110 South 12th St. , P. H. Crouch
701 South llth STreet and the trimming of a tree by W. F. Cooper located
301 Lincoln Street.
After allowing claims in the amount of $ 23,5C3.10 on -rom_ er motion
the Board. adjourned
