The Board of Publ.ic Works and Safety of the City of Richmond ,
Indiana, met in the office of said Board_, Friday, September 22nd,

Thereading of the minutes of the previous meeting was d.ispensed�.

On the recommendation ;f Park Superintendent Joseph Frisby the
Board approved the cutting and trimming of trees located in front of
the Property owned by C. D. Chester 111E Ridge Street.
On the recommendation of Street Superintendent Al Burkhardt the
Board took under advisement the Purchase of e bulldozer from Lee Ridge--
,,wa.y for the sum of $1600.00.
Ramsey McDonald , Chief Radio Operator for the Police De-nartment
Pave e report on a meeting held. at Toledo , Ohio for Rodin Operators.
A r. eou.est to cut the curb to a width cf.10 feet was granted to

A nrorosel was Presented to the Board from the Richmond. Fire
Proof Door Co . for the installation of door as en entrance to the
Police Department Garage as follows;
1 -- Non -labeled Yelemein door with 16 page pressed steel frame
for opening 2'610 x 6'S" , including 13 butts and lockset
We also include cutting the masonry opening a.nd instal'lnng the
above ma.terislsi for the total sum of --- $90.00
Ire renuire Priority rating of A.'?-5 or better.
After due consideration the Board ordered the Building inspector
to have wooden door installed, and report the sum for installation to
the Board.
After allowing claims in the amount of y1,909.6S on proper motion
the Board- adjourned .
