Indiana, net in the office of said Board , FRiday, October. 22nd, 194

Urban being present the following proceedings were had to-wi.t;
The minutes of the preceding meeting were read and approved.

before the Board renuesting permission to install a small platform
along the curb East of the Entrance to the Belden Manufacturing Plant
on Northwest M' Street for the purpose of assisting messengers to pet on
the City Buses which stop at that location. The same was referred to
Street Superintendent Myers and City Engineer Hodgin for consideration.

The -undersigned owners of real estate abutting on and in the alley

After some discussion on the matter the- Board una-nimousl.y adopted.

declaratory Resolution No. 3-1943;
Resolved by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Rich-
mond, Indiana, that it is desired and deemed necessary to vacate certain
alleys between the Vest Line of South 2nd Street and C & 0 Rail Road and
between South A & South B Street, in the City of Richmond, County of Weyne
and. State of Indiana, which alley!proposed to be vacated is more nerticularly
described as follows;
Beginning a.t a. point on the West Line of South 2nd Street
Eleven (11) feet southwerdl.y from the Southeast corner of Lot 4 3. S. R. Wiggins
Addition; thence Westwardly and parallel to the South Line of Lot f3 same
Addition , to the West Line of an alley running North. & South ; thence North-
wardly along the West Line of said Alley to a point where the North Line of
Let No. 1 ; same Addition would intersect the West Line of said Alley Run-
ning North & South , if rrdlonged; thence Ea.stwor"dly to the Northwest Cor-
ner of Lot . No. 1. same Addition; thence Southwardly along the East Line
of said Alley running North & South to the Southwest corner of Lot No. 3.
same Addition; thence Eastwardly along the South Line of Lot No. 3. same
