President Turner,
This ordinance is in reference to requiring all contractors servicing and inspecting life safety systems,
in the event that the Richmond Fire Prevention Department utilizes a City approved single-point
Repository Company,to utilize said single point repository.
This would allow our prevention department to access all commercial facilities required testing,
records status and timely notifications on required inspection timetables with reporting information
available within 5(five)days of completion of services.The City approved single point repository
would maintain all records for a period of no less than 7(seven)years.
