of the Borough of Cmteiet; ami
WIIEREAS, it appears that the apl)licant (s) is/are qualified to be licensed and that the
membels desig.ated to conduct 131NGO GAMES and to assist ale bona fide members
of the applicant (s); a.d
WIIEREAS, the applicant (s) has/have signiffed that the games will be played in
accordance with Roles 6, 7 mid 8 of the Legalized Games of Chance Commission's
Regulations.
NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE H'AND rr IS IIEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough 9F Ca~ tenet, that the Mtmicipal Clerk is hereby authorized and
di~ ected to execute the endo~ sement of the Mayor and Council by issuing, upon proper
plesentation ofappllcation and fees, a BINGO LICENSE to tffe applicant (s);
BE H' FURTIIEI/RESOLVED that a ce[ tiffed copy of this Resolution be sent
£olthwith to the Legalized Games of Chance Con.el Commission, P. O. Box 46000,
Newark, New Jersey 07102.
