Garden Street Sewer and at State and Sheridan Streets. On the recommendation of Police Chief Ellis Duckett the Board accented the resignation of Richard Madden.. , Police Radio Operator effective July 1st, 1943. A. complaint was 'resented to the Board by Councilman Frank Wilkins in regard to the parking of automobiles on the sidewalk along Weshi.nn- ton Avenue, the same being referred to the Traffic Division. A comnla.i.nt was presented to the Board in regard to the sidewalks going bac%by Reber.t H,DAvirson located at 115 Southwest 17th; Street and City Engineer Hodgin stated the sidewalks were installed under a W. P. A , Project and the City vas under no obligation, that it was UP-to the nronerty owners where such nro jests were involved. The Board approved a reouest of Frank peters to tap into the Sanitary Sewer located. near South 16th a.nd. Q.
