CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA,
FRIDAY, APRIT 30TH, 1943
The Board of Public Works and gafety of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, met in the office of said Board, Friday, April 30th 1943,
at 9:00 A. M. S. W. Hodgin, Earl Keisker and Winfield Urban being
present the following proceedings were had to-wit;
The minutes of the preceding meeting were read and approved.
Mr. Harry Bockhoff, W. W. Reller and Omar Ryan appeared::before
the Board in regard to the construction of a Sanitary Sewer to re-
lieve the unsanitary condition which-now e'ists':at~:the'Nationa.l Automatic
Tool Company caused by the excessive use of the Septic Tank which served
for the fewer purpose of the said plant before large extensions were made.
Various matters were discussed with Mayor. Britten present and the Board
as to the construction of such sewer and the Board agreed to call at the
National Automatic Tool Co. grounds and view the same.
A rcnuest for a parking zone to be established for the use of a
private car•-:�-,1.:^. front of No. 7 South 4th Street was referred to the
Traffic Division.
After allowing claims in the amount od $ 3,148.15 on proper motion
they adjourned.
