FRIDAY , MARCH 26th, 1943.
The Board or Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond,
. Indiana, met in the office of said Board, Friday, March 26, 1943
at 9:00 o'clock A. M. S. W. Hodgin, .Earl Keisker and Winfield Urban
being present- the following proceedings were had to-wit;
- The minutes of the preceding meeting. were read and approved.
On complaint presented to the Board , Sam Price located at
1610 South 7th Street was ordered to cease filling in his lot un-
less sufficient drainage was furnished by him for the sewer which
empties onto his lots and the Clerk was ordered to give notice of
the same.
The Board authorized the purchase of a rebuilt motor for :the
•sum of " 0.00 including an old motor as trad.einf for the use of the
Sewer Disposal Plant.
' After allowing claims in. the amount ofi $713.57 on proper motion
they adjourned.
