The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana., met in the office of said Board, Friday,: March 19th, 1943, at 9;00 o'clock A. M. S. W. Hodgin, Earl Keisker and Winfield Urban being present the following proceedings were-had to-wit; . The minutes of the preceding meeting were read and approved. Mr. Meyers Superintendent of. the Street & Hee,lthhSanitation Departments reported H. D. Clark , Veterinary ,which was formerly located at 1600 East Main Street and now located on the National Road West outside the City limits still continued to deliver dead animals to the Health-Sanitation Department for disposal of, end recommended the said Department be relieved of such obligation. • The Board instructed the Clerk to notify Dr. H. D. .Clark,. Veterinary, located on the National Road West that the Health- . Sanitation Department'of the City of Richmond, Indiana, would ' cease to dispose of the dead animals from his office effective at once. The Board approved the repairs to gutters on the Police Radio Station in the amount of $29.50. .
