OFFICE OF THE BOARD OF'WORKS
CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA,
FRIDAY , MARCH 5TH, 1943.
The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in the office of said Board Friday, March'5th, 1943, at 9:00 o'clock
A. M. S. W. Hodgin , Earl Keisker and Winfield Urban being present the
following proceedings were had to-wit;
The• minutes of the preceding meeting were read and approved.
A letter was presented to the Board from the Richmond Fire and
Casualty Insurance Association giving a list of names who are eligible
for equal distribution of insurance commissions on policies for the
City of Richmond. Mr. Keisker moved that the list of names of persons
presented be accepted by the Board and that they receive equal dis-
tribution of insurance commissions on policies written for the City of
Richmond , with a proper second the motion was unanimously approved.
After allowing claims in the amount of .$12,352.00 on proper
motion they adjourned.
