CITY OP RICHMOND, INDIANA,
T'RIDAY,PRRRUARY 12TH, 1943.
The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, met in the office of said Board , Friday, February 12th,
1943, at 9:00 o'clock A. M. Messrs. S. W. Hodgin, Earl Keisker
and Winfield Urban being present the following proceedings were
had to-wit;
The minutes of the preceding meeting were read and approved.
A request for a no parking zone in front of the property
• located at 205 South Sth Street by George Sallas was referred to
the Traffic Division.
After due consideration the Board approved an increase for
Public Liability on Automobiles operated by the City of Richmond
to $100,000.00 to $300,000.00 for the remainder cn: +he term of the
Policy now in effect with the Richmond Fire and Casualty Association.
The Board approved and ordered that the proper publication be
made for various material used by the Street Department of the City
and designat February 26th, 1943 at 9:30 o 'clock A. M. as the
day and the time when bids will be received for consideration for
such material.
After allowing claims in the amount off $6,776916 on proper
motion they adjourned.
