FRIDAY, DECEMBER 14th, 1942.
The Board of Public Works and safety of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, met in the office of said Board, Friday, December 24th,
1942, at 9:00 o'clock A. M. Messrs. Winfield Urban
and Earl Keisker being present the following proceedings were
had to. wit;
The minutes of the preceding meeting were read and approved,
After allowing claims in the amount of $4,841.38 on
proper motion they adjourned.
