OFFICE OF THE BOARD OF WORKS
CITY OF RICHMOND,INDIANA,
MONDAY, DECEMBER 14TH, 1942.
The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, met in (Special) session in the office of said Board,
Monday, December loth, 1942, at 9:00 o'clock A. M. Messrs. Winfield
Urban, S. W. Hodgin and Earl Keisker being present the following pro-
ceedings were had to-wit;
The minutes of the preceding meeting were read and approvede
The Special meeting was called on acount of no meeting on the
regular meeting date Friday December llth, 1942.
On the recommendation of the Fire Chief Harry Williams the Board
approved the appointment of Sam Poliver as a regular City Fireman he
having served the required probationary period of six months the same
being effective December 16th, 1942.
On the recommendation of Police Chief Ellis Docket the Board
accepted the resignation of Clarence Wesler from the City Police
Department Effective December 10th, 1942.
A request to the cut the curb was granted to John Coblentz
No. g Buby 0utlots on the West Side of Liberty Bikes. to a width of
12 feet.
After allowing claims in the. amount of $ 9,g52.91 on proper motion
they adjourned.
