SEPTEMBER 25TH, 1942
The Board of Public. Works and Safety of the City of Ri&mond,
Indiana, met in the office of said Board, Friday, September 25th,
l9L-2, at 9°00 o 'clock A. M. Messrs. Winfield Urban, S. W. Hodgin
and Earl Neieker being present the following proceedings were had
to-wit;
•
The minutes of the -preceding meeting were read and approved.
The Board unanimously adopted a motion to assess the property
owner of lot No. 27. Anna Cohorst Addition for tapping into the City
Sever the sum of $30.00 and bear all the necessary expenses. in securing
easments for the same.
Edd Rots Superintendent of the Disposal Plant reported the Man-
hole covers in the Sewer back of Ea.rlha.m College vrre being removed
and rolled down the hill but 'as yet none had been broken and the Board
• referred the matter to City Engineer Hod;in and Edd Ross to arrange
for locks on the same.
The Board authorized the purchase of ten ton of salt for the use
' of the Street Decprtment.

After allowing claims in the amount of $1,405.18 on proper motion
they adjourned.
