The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, met in the office of said. Board,Friday, September llth,
1942, at 9:00 o'clock A.-M. Messrs. Winfield Urban, S. W. Hodgin
and Earl Keisker being -present the following proceedings were had
to-wit; _
The minutes of the preceding meeting were read and approved.
On the recommendation of Police Chief Ellis Duckett the Board
unanimously 4.11e approved the appointment-of Paul -Andrews as .a Special
Policeman effective September 1st, 1942:

After allowing claims in the amount of $10.,069.S6 on proper motion
they adjourned.
