CITY 07 RICHMOND, INDIANA,
JULY. 2 TH , 1942
The Board. of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Ind-
iana, met in the office of said Board, Friday, July 2 .th, 1942, at
9;00 A._M. .Messrs. Winfield Urban and S. W. Hod.gin being present the
following proceedings were had to-wit;
The minutes of the preceding meeting Were read and approved.
Mrs Charles Pop living at 326 North 10th Street appeared before
the Board in regard to the long hours of parking in front of her
residence, the same being referred to the Traffic Division.
A request to cut the curb by Steven Hornak Lots 37 & 38 Peacock
Terrace Addition on the North side of Northwest A Street to awidth
of 10 feet was approved by the Board.
A reouest to construct a fence by the National Automatic Tool
-Co. along South N Street and along their building was approved by th
the Board subject to conditions of a contract to be prepared by the
City Attorney.
The Board notified the City Clerk to give notice to all preperty
owners to cut the weeds on their lots where un-necessary growth ex-
ists. .
After allowing claims in the amount of $ 5,325.35 on proper
motion they adjourned.
