• The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, met in the office of said Board, Friday, July 10th, 1942
at 9:00 A. M. Winfield. Urban, S. W. Hodgin and Earl Keisker being
present the following proceedings were had to-wit;
The minutes of the preceding meeting were read and approved.
On the recommendation of the Traffic Divisian the Board app.
roved a no Parking Zone on the North side of South A Street be-
tween South 2nd and 3rd_ Streets and. ordered the signs be placed
in that location designating them as such.
After allowing claims in the amount of $ 14,000.09 on proper
motion they adjourned.
