CITY OF RICHMOND,• INDIANA,
JUICE 19th, 1942 .
. The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, met in the office of said Board, Friday. June 19th, 1942,
at 9:00 o'clock A. M. _ , S. W. Hodgin and Earl Keisker
being present the following proceedings were had to-wit;
The reading of the minutes of the preceding meeting were read
and approved.
The Board instructed the Clerk to notify Howard G. Holthouse
to repair sidewalk where drain the has been laid underneath the
side walk from the gutter to`'a-:downspout _pn the building.,lg South 6th St.
A request for a light to be installed on Southwest 3rd Street
between C and D Streets wes referred to City Engineer Hodgin.
The Board instructed the Clerk to notify the Owners of the
AmericanfBowlcing Alley located. at 213 and 215 South gth Street to
keep the side walk free from dirt and gravel on the entrance leading
to their parking lot.
The Board instructed the Clerk to notify Trustees of the Moose
lodge to keep the sidewalk free from dirt and Gravel on the entrance
leading to their parking lot.
The, matter of the water running across South Q Street into a
private driveway was referred to the City Engineer and Street. Commiss-
ioner .
After allowing claims in the amount of $ 5,9g5.49 _ on proper
motion they adjourned.
