The Board of Public Works and ga.fety of the City of Richmond,
Indiana., met in the office of said Board Friday June 13th, at 10:00
A. M. In Special Session , Winfield Urban, S. W. Hodgin. and Earl
Keisker being present the following proceedings were had to—wit;
Mr. Urban Chairman of the Board called the meeting to order
and stated thepurpose of the Special session was to receive tilt!

To the Board of Works &.Chief of Police;
I , wish to submit my resignation as of June 15; , 1942, as I
wish to take up other work, .

Mr. -Kei s1 er,.moved that the—Board-accept the-resignatibn:'of-John
T'. Hill from the Police Department, with -a proper second the motion
was approved. -
There being no other business to preform on proper motion.• they
adjourned.
