Indiana, met in the office of said Board, Friday May Sth, 1942 at 9:00 o'clock A. M. Messrs. Winfield Urban , S. W. Hodgin and Earl Keisker being present the following proceedings were had to-wit; • The minutes of the preceding meeting erre read and approved. Mr. Hodgin reported Mr"..,.Davis Hamilton Assistant to the Indiana Historical Record Survey Direetor .had.been in the City looking for -storage spaces in Municipal Buildings to store vital records which might be moved from defense areas and Mr. Hodgin recommended the Fourth Floor of the old Morton High School Building as the only' place available for such purposes. After due consideration Mr. Keisker moved that the Board approve the commission of the Indiana Historical Record Survey Director for the storage of Governmental records on the Fourth Floor of the Old High School Building as it now exists subject definite arrangements if installation and use of other Utilities are required or liability, care and etc. With a second the motion prevailed an so ordered. . In regard to matters pertaining to the sanitary sewer overflowing in basements near the locattion:of Southwest 15th 16th and 17th Streets which was referred to the Board by the Common Council,the.Building Ins- rector.was,instructed_ tQ notify .citizens:_inthat .location to detach _the.- dowrispou.t:s. from`the Sanitary Sewer:.,.;A complaint; about;. the :Streets in that location was referred to Street Commissioner Meyers.
