MONDAY APRIL 20TH, 1942
The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City;;of
Richmond,. Indiana, met in SbecialSession =- =v; Monday,
April 20th, 1942, at 9;00 olclock A. M. Messrs. Winfield
Urban and Earl Keisker being present the following proceed;
ings were had to-wit;
The reading of the minutes of the preceding meeting was
dispensed with.
Street Commissioner.Meyers reported the wall protecting the
Sanitary Sewer near the old Garr Scott building was in bad con-
dition and should be rebuilt or repaired, the matter was taken
under advisement.
The:,Board.:1.adpoted,= the.following Resolution No. 3-1942.
WHEREAS, the following listed dedication of right of way
for the extension of Southeast Park-n'ay from Henly Road to
Reevston Road and Main Street and the following listed easments
for the location of a Storm Sewer extending beyoun the limits
of said right of way, appear to be in proper form, fully executed
and duly recorded,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Public Works
and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana that the following
dedication of right of way for street purposes and the`followfrig'
easments for the location of a storm sewer, extending beyond
the limits of the right of way of the extension of Southeast
Parkway are hereby accepted.

There being no otherbusiness to preform on proper motion
they adjourned.
