The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, met in the office of said Board , Friday, April 17th,
1942, at 9:00 A. M. Messrs,Winfield Urban, S. W. Hodgin and
Earl Keisker being present the following proceedings were had to-
wit;
The minutes of the preceedingrmeetings Were;iread'andapproved,
Mr. Keisker moved that,Aft re.speet: dueito the death. of Council-
man Elmer Weisbrod. the Board adjourn and meet in Special session
Monday April 2Oth at 9:00 A. M. , with ,- second the motion prevailed
and was so ordered,
The usual claims were allowed before adjournment in the amount
of $7,5O1,68.
