CITY OF P.?CHMOND, INDIANA,
FRIDAY, APRIL 10TH, 1942.
The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, met in the office of said Board, Friday April 10th, 194+2
at 9:00 o'clock A. M. Messrs. Winfield Urban, S. W. Hodgin and
Earl Keisker being present, the following proceedings were had '
to-wit;
The minutes of the preceding meeting were read and approved.
Notice was received from the Park Board of the City of Rich-
• mond, authorizing the Board of Public Works and Safety to approve
all claims incurred by the Park Department.
Friday April 10th, 1942, being the date designated by the
Board for the receiving of bids on Coal for the use of the var-
ious departments of the City, are as follows;

Mr. Keisker moved that a Committee composed of Mr. hodgin
and Mr. Urban be appointed to tabulate the bids for Coal for the
various departments and make recommendation to the Board, the
motion prevailed,' and the Board designated Tuesday April the
14th at 10:00 A. M. 1942, as time for awarding the bids.
After allowing claims in the amount of $11,292.78 on
roper motion they adjourned
