The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in the office of said Board, Friday April 10th, 194+2 at 9:00 o'clock A. M. Messrs. Winfield Urban, S. W. Hodgin and Earl Keisker being present, the following proceedings were had ' to-wit; The minutes of the preceding meeting were read and approved. Notice was received from the Park Board of the City of Rich- • mond, authorizing the Board of Public Works and Safety to approve all claims incurred by the Park Department. Friday April 10th, 1942, being the date designated by the Board for the receiving of bids on Coal for the use of the var- ious departments of the City, are as follows; NIEWOEHNER -LONG CORPORATION Item- No 1 200 tons more or less West Virginia Nut and Slack Price dliver--- $ 5.69 Per Ton. M. 1942, as time for awarding the bids. After allowing claims in the amount of $11,292.78 on roper motion they adjourned President .Attest; .c - Clerk of the oard.
