The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, met in the office of said Board, Friday April 3, 1942,
at 9:00 o'clock A. M. Messrs. Winfield Urban, S. W. Hodgin and
Earl Keisker being present the following proceedings were had
to-wit;
The minutes of the preceding meeting was read and approved.
The Board approved the stretching of a banner across Main
Street from the Colonial Building by the U. S. ftavy Department.
The Board approved and accepted the resignation of Leroy
Risenbtsrg for the Police Radio Department effective April 16th,
1942.
A complaint in regard to drainage at Forth 21st and Glen
Court was referred to the City Engineer and Street Commissioner.
After allowing claims in the amount of $ 13,01L.31 on pro-
per motion they adjourned.
