CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA,
FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 13TH,1942
The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond
Indiana, met in the office of said Board, Friday, Frbruary 13th,
1942, at 9:00 o°clock A. M. Winfield Urban, S. W. Hodgin and
Earl Keiser being present the following proceedings were had
to-wit;
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.
The following request was presented and accepted by the Board.
Gentlemen;
I am tendering my resignation same to take effect
at the expiration of my 24+ years of service which I figure
will be March 1st, 1942.
