CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA,
FRIDAY JANUARY 23RD, 1942.
The Board of Public Works and Safety of the City of Richmond,
Indiana, met in the office of said Board, Friday, January23, 194+2
at 9:00 o'clock A. M. Winfield Urban, S. W. Hodgin and Earl Keisker
being present the following proceedings were had to-wit;
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.
On the rcommendation of the Traffic Division the Board approved
that a parking: zone be established in front of the Greyhound Bus
Station for one Taxi Cab stand for the sevice of passangers arriving
and leaving on buses.
The matter of acoil being installed at the Police Radio Station
for the use of hot water through the furnace was referred to the
Building Inspector.
A request to cut the curb was granted to Foster Armstrong 1SS
Liberty Avenue to a width of 10 feet.
After allowing claims in the amount of $6, 808.40 on pro-
per motion they adjourned.
