The minutes of the proceeding meeting were read and approved.
A notice was presented to the Board by the Matlack Insurance
Co. stating the heating plant in the New Glen Miller Park Pavillion
had not been covered by insurance, the matter being referred to the
Richmond Casualty Insurance Association.
Bids for the window blinds in the Controller's Office Council
Chamber and others was presented to the Board from Holthouee Furniture
. Store and Hackman & Eickmeyer Furniture Store as follows;.

space in front of the Greyhound Bus Station on South "t•r, 9tr.eet
for the purpose of P. Taxi Stand. signed by ArCCline Manager of
Greyhound Bus Station; the same being referred to the Traffic
Division.
